Sometimes in life it seems that all hell has broken loose.
Perhaps you have planted your precious seed in good soil! Perhaps you have received a promise from God and are doing all you can to receive whatever it is that God spoke about to you.
Sometimes, it seems, just before your seed breaks forth and just before that miracle happens, just before your promise is fulfilled... all hell seems to break loose against you!
What do you do? What happens just before... Just Before you experience all the fulness of God's mighty working power in your life...
If this seems to be your lot, then read on. Perhaps I have some answers to that big question!
Just before your answer or what you are expecting arrives the devil seems to try to break you. He is not as powerful as some people give him credit for. He is a created being. Never forget that. Not only is he a created being, he is a fallen being whose judgement has already been pronounced, but you my friend... you are created in the image and likeness of God Himself and a son of the Living God (no gender implied). Romans 815 says that you can call God daddy... Father. The devil can't do that! The devil is a con man. He is a being who tries to do deals with us, to get us to compromise. He can only act in accord to the degree of your permission, limited only by your faith and knowledge of God's Word and our Kingdom rights. Having said that, he sure seems to be able to get on your case because he is a very shrewd and intelligent being who knows that something is brewing, but does not have access to the truth that a Spirit led believer has.
He therefore tries to hinder us, discourage us, or get us onto a side track into an alternative way to God's way.
God had a plan for His people as He always. His plans are always great. He thinks good things about you.
For I know the thoughts and plans that I have for you, says the Lord, thoughts and plans for welfare and peace and not for evil, to give you hope in your final outcome. Jeremiah 29:11.
Sometimes those plans take a while to come together. Certain things need to be readjusted, either in your life or in the lives of others to bring the plan or the vision to pass, or to give it birth.
It takes approximately nine months for a human being to come into the world after that moment of conception.
As with everything in life, there is a gestation period... a set or appointed time for delivery. That promise is growing inside. That baby wants to come out and so it will. As every mother knows, during this growing process, certain changes must happen. There is discomfort and certain readjustments have to be made. Preparations for the new baby must be made.
The day comes however when everything changes. Labor pains are felt, but just before that baby comes out, the pain is more intense, all the while the infant is growing inside, moving and turning and positioning itself for delivery into the world. Suddenly it is all over and a miracle happens. A new life is experienced and after a while, all those dramas, discomforts, embarrassments and pain are relegated to the past. You mothers know what I mean.
We shall see now see what you can do whilst carrying that baby... whilst you are preparing to bring it to birth.
I know what I am talking about here, for I have been down this path myself and wish to help and bless you to bring your own promise to fulfilment!

I said earlier that the devil is a con man. He tries to make deals to get us off track, or look for a substitute way to achieve God's plan.
If God has birthed something in you, make sure that you know exactly what God said and never deviate from that! Sometimes the issues are clouded when it comes to being fiercely independent and not submitting to Godly appointed and delegated authority, coming under proper biblical based submission and seeking counsel and advice. There are certain steps you can take to ensure that you are in the right place before God in your dream or vision. The submission thing, like that, Whose covering are you under? issue certain denominations all but force upon you is sometimes nothing but manipulation, domination and control. That is witchcraft!
The person you ask about your dream in God is as human as you. He or she may try to talk you out of it. They may tell you things that are contrary to the will of God for your life because of jealousy, envy, fear, or a myriad of other reasons including the simple fact that they just do not know!
Paul said-
But God, who appointed me before I was born and who called me by his kindness, was pleased to show me his Son. He did this so that I would tell people who are not Jewish that his Son is the Good News. When this happened, I didn't talk it over with any other person. I didn't even go to Jerusalem to see those who were apostles before I was. Instead, I went to Arabia and then came back to Damascus.
Then, three years later I went to Jerusalem to become personally acquainted with Cephas. I stayed with him for fifteen days.
I didn't see any other apostle. I only saw James, the Lord's brother. (God is my witness that what I'm writing is not a lie.) Galatians 1:15-20.
My previous denominational peers would have told Paul to shut up, get in a corner and seek help because he was deceived! Paul was not being rebellious at all, but was getting completely alone with God to do one thing... to get it right before he started on his ministry journey.
The steps you must take are to make sure that you heard from God; to make sure that it was God in the first place and to make sure that you heard everything that God was saying to you. Some people try to give premature birth, before getting the full picture.
God spoke to me, not pastor so and so. God spoke to you and not to some other person, so get that settled once and for all time in your heart and mind.
If you do not, the dream killers will come.
Again, I emphasise that I am not suggesting that you run off onto some weird hair-brain ideas and that you do not seek advice from those qualified to give advice. The bible tells us quite clearly that things are established at the mouths of two or three witnesses, so never ignore that safety net. See Proverbs 11:14; 15:22; 24:6.
Jesus started His ministry without seeking anyone's permission, but received adequate approval by the Father at His baptism. He was a God pleaser and not a man pleaser. Do likewise.
This is a new topic being developed. Rather than wait for its completion, I felt it important to share this matter (as with other subjects) to let you know that God is definitely working for you and the answers are there. He is not in charge... You are and I will be teaching you how to live a rich, fulfilled and victorious life.
Please visit us again... and let me know how God is moving in your life. Robert.
Genesis chapter twelve starts telling us about God's dealings with Abraham. He promised this man things that affect us today, but also said that Abraham's heirs would go into bondage. God also promised a deliverer, but it took 430 years before they came out of Egypt and Moses was the man to lead them out.
Consider what happened and weigh this up in your own life.
God told Moses that He intended to set His people free.
The LORD said, “I have seen the misery of my people in Egypt, and I have heard them crying out because of the slave drivers. I know how much they're suffering. I have come to rescue them from the power of the Egyptians and to bring them from that land to a good land with plenty of room {for everyone}. It is a land flowing with milk and honey where the Canaanites, Hittites, Amorites, Perizzites, Hivites, and Jebusites live. I have heard the cry of the people of Israel. I have seen how the Egyptians are oppressing them.
Now, go! I am sending you to Pharaoh so that you can bring my people Israel out of Egypt.” Exodus 3:7-10.
Immediately, Moses said... Who me?
But Moses said to God, “Who am I that I should go to Pharaoh and bring the people of Israel out of Egypt?” Exodus 3:11.
I guess you know the rest of that story, so now come with me a little further to Exodus 8:28. Pharaoh said, “I will let you go, but don't go very far. You may offer sacrifices to the LORD your God in the desert and pray for me.” Exodus 8:28 Pharaoh said, “I will let you go, but don't go very far. You may offer sacrifices to the LORD your God in the desert and pray for me.”
Here is the first counter-offer made to bring compromise!
In Exodus 10:10-11, the devil tried to bring a premature or deformed birth to the vision. The deal was to leave the women and children behind.
He tried again in Exodus 10:24.Her he said that everyone could go, but leave your flocks and herds behind.
Compromise! Settle for something less than what God said and you can have it now. Why wait? Did you really hear from God? Consider this...
Do you see how the enemy operates?
Listen... if you have a God given dream or vision... do not fall for such tricks. Stay faithful to that vision. Stay tuned into God and His word to you and never deviate.
