This may not be a popular topic for a Christian to publish, but it is important. This is because it seems that someone hates Jews and wants them dead. The question I asked from childhood was why? Throughout history, this tiny nation has faced cold, calculated, deliberate attempts to exterminate them. Why? The so-called "Christian Crusades" were excuses to commit atrocities against innocent people and all in the name of religion.
Hitler and others tried to exterminate them. Iran wants to do likewise. Terrorism is a way of life for Israelis, yet the world wants them to give their homeland away to the very people plotting against them. It does not make sense to natural reasoning, but when one sees what is really happening in the spiritual, it all makes sense and fits in with bible prophecies that are being fulfilled in greater measures than ever before. |

On the thirteenth day of the first month the king's scribes were summoned. All Haman's orders were written to the king's satraps, the governors of every province, and the officials of every people. They wrote to each province in its own script and to the people in each province in their own language. The orders were signed in the name of King Xerxes and sealed with the king's ring. Messengers were sent with official documents to all the king's provinces. {The people were ordered} to wipe out, kill, and destroy all the Jews—young and old, women and children—on a single day, the thirteenth day of the twelfth month, the month of Adar. Their possessions were also to be seized. A copy of the document was made public in a decree to every province. All the people were to be ready for this day. The messengers hurried out as the king told them. The decree was also issued at the fortress of Susa. So the king and Haman sat down to drink a toast, but the city of Susa was in turmoil. Esther 3:12-15.
This event happened in present day Iran. It was instigated by a man called Haman.
Ha'man (magnificent) whose name really means Tumult was the son of Agag, an Amalekite. He was the chief minister or vizier of King Ahasuerus. He failed in his attempt to exterminate all the Jews in the Persian empire and was hanged on the gallows which he had erected for Mordecai. He built the gallows on which he wanted to hang Mordecai, simply because the man would not bow to him. Jews did not bow in such manner to a human... and that was his crime. The king hanged him on his own gallows. I think of the word of God to Abraham stating that anyone who blessed him would in turn be blessed and anyone who curses or harms him and his descendants would be on the receiving end of God's retribution. The Targum and Josephus interpret the inscription of him—the Agagite—as signifying that he was of Amalekitish descent. The Jews hiss whenever his name is mentioned on the day of Purim, which is the day reserved to celebrate their deliverance.
The Amalekites were a tribe that dwelt in Arabia Petraea, between the Dead Sea and the Red Sea. They were not the descendants of Amalek, the son of Eliphaz in the days of Abraham (Genesis 14:7). They probably migrated from the shores of the Persian Gulf and settled in Arabia. They dwelt in the land of the south... from Havilah until thou comest to Shur. See Numbers 13:29; 1 Samuel 15:7.
They were pastoral and nomadic. Their kings bore the hereditary name of Agag (Numbers 24:7; 1Samuel 15:8) and attempted to stop the Israelites when they marched through their territory (Deuteronomy 25:18), attacking them at Rephidim (Exodus 17:8-13; Deuteronomy 25:17; 1 Samuel 15:2) and attacked the Israelites at Hormah (Numbers 14:45).
They joined themselves to the Moabites (Judges 3:13) and the Midianites (Judges 6:3). Saul finally desolated their territory and destroyed their power (1 Samuel 14:48; 15:3), and David recovered booty from them (1 Samuel 30:18-20).The Babylonian inscriptions called them Sute. Egyptiains called them Sittiu, and the Amarna tablets include them under the general name of Khabbati, or Plunderers.

Little seems to have changed to this day.
Iran’s president has repeatedly called for Israel to be wiped off the map.
It seems evident that Iran (in collaboration with others) has been supplying arms including missiles to Gaza which have been used to bomb Israel for many years. It is a part of everyday life and it seems to go by almost unnoticed in the reset of the world, but if Israel retaliates, then hue and cry rises to make Israel look like the aggressor. It happens with such frequency that alarms are sounded, warning people to run to bomb shelters. Iran has launched its own rocket into space carrying a satellite that will be capable of monitoring Israel.
A US State Department official stated that their technology is the same type that can attach a ballistic missile to which a nuclear warhead can be attached.
Israeli intelligence believes that Iran is developing nuclear warheads with the goal of aiming them at this tiny nation.
One thing I want you to consider is… Is Iran a modern day Haman? Former US President Bush called Iran the Axis of Evil. Othe nations are involved of course, but it is enough to make one ask Is bible prophecy is being fulfilled in our day?

British Television conducted an interview with Israel’s Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu...
It was said, Common sense tells me that if a thief broke into someone’s home or someone vandalized their property, the legal owners would do all that is possible for their own protection. The media attempted to criticize Israel again for doing just such a thing, when responding to shelling attacks on Israel by Hamas. The interview seemed biassed against Israel’s response. It is pure craziness to think that anyone, no matter who or where they are will sit back and not respond when attacked, yet much of the world opinion asks Israel to do that.
The interviewer asked a loaded question, How come so many more Palestinians have been killed in this conflict than Israelis?
Netanyahu replied, Are you sure that you want to start asking in that direction?
The Interviewer said, Why not?
Even if you do not like Netanyahu, his answer is accurate, to the point and if anyone who stops to think properly should see the truth of his reply. It was-
Because in World War II more Germans were killed than British and Americans combined, but there is no doubt in anyones mind that the war was caused by Germany 's aggression. And in response to the German blitz on London , the British wiped out the entire city of Dresden , burning to death more German civilians than the number of people killed in Hiroshima. Moreover, I could remind you that in 1944, when the RAF tried to bomb the Gestapo Headquarters in Copenhagen, some of the bombs missed their target and fell on a Danish children's hospital, killing 83 little children.
Perhaps you have another question?
When Benjamin Netanyahu was asked about Israel 's occupation of Arab lands, his reply stunned the reporters. He simply stated, It's our land.
The fact of the matter is that it is their land!
The media never reports the truth. Facts seem to be easily mixed up and lost in everyday life and for the sake of increased sales, the media often presents its version of the truth. They might not like this, but it is true and you can check things for yourself if you wish to. These facts are overlooked in the Middle East situation. Jew and non Jew alike cannot disregard the truth. Muslim and Christian alike cannot ignore what God has said about HIs people.

The images shown below are real.
You will most likely never see them on your television or read of these things in your newspaper.
Form your own conclusions...
Food For Thought The following information is most interesting. Israel is not the aggressor people state. The reverse is the truth.
See for yourself... Pause the scroller by hovering with your mouse.

The Nation and Jerusalem:
Israel became a nation in 1312 BCE, which is two thousand years before the rise of Islam.
Arab refugees:
Arab refugees in Israel began identifying themselves as part of a Palestinian people in 1967, two decades… 20 years after the establishment of the modern State of Israel.
An ancient presence:
Since 1272 BCE, the Jews have had dominion over the land for one thousand years… 1000 years. They have had a continuous presence in the land for the past 3,300 years. Palestine NEVER existed in those days.
Arab Dominion:
By comparison the only Arab dominion since the conquest in 635 CE lasted no more than 22 years.
Jerusalem:
Jerusalem has been the Jewish capital for in excess of 3,300 years.
Jerusalem has never been the capital of any Arab or Muslim entity. Even when the Jordanians occupied Jerusalem, they never sought to make it their capital, and Arab leaders did not come to visit.
Jerusalem is mentioned over 700 times in Tanakh, the Jewish Holy Scriptures, but is not mentioned once in the Koran.
King David founded the city of Jerusalem.
Mohammed never came to Jerusalem.
Jews pray facing Jerusalem.
Muslims pray with their backs toward Jerusalem.
Arab and Jewish Refugees:
In 1948 the Arab refugees were encouraged to leave Israel by Arab leaders promising to purge the land of Jews.
Sixty-eight percent left without ever seeing an Israeli soldier.
By contrast, Jewish refugees were forced to flee from Arab lands due to Arab brutality, persecution and pogroms.
The number of Arab refugees who left Israel in 1948 is estimated to be around 630,000.
The number of Jewish refugees from Arab lands is estimated to be the same.
Arab refugees were INTENTIONALLY not absorbed or integrated into the Arab lands to which they fled, despite the vast Arab territory. Out of the 100,000,000 refugees since World War II, theirs is the only refugee group in the world that has never been absorbed or integrated into their own people's lands. Jewish refugees were completely absorbed into Israel, a country no larger than the state of New Jersey.
The Arab-Israeli Conflict:
The Arabs were represented by eight separate nations, not including the Palestinians. There is only one Jewish nation.
The Arab nations initiated all five wars and lost. Israel defended itself each time and won.
The PLO Charter:
PLO's Charter still calls for the destruction of the State of Israel. Israel has given the Palestinians most of the West Bank land, autonomy under the Palestinian Authority, and has supplied them.
Preservation of holy sites:
Under Jordanian rule, Jewish holy sites were desecrated and the Jews were denied access to places of worship.
Under Israeli rule, all Muslim and Christian sites have been preserved and made accessible to people of all faiths.
The UN Record on Israel and the Arabs:
97 of the 175 Security Council resolutions passed before 1990, were directed against Israel. 429 of the 690 General Assembly resolutions voted on before 1990, were directed against Israel.
The UN was silent while 58 Jerusalem Synagogues were destroyed by the Jordanians.
The UN was silent while the Jordanians systematically desecrated the ancient Jewish cemetery on the Mount of Olives.
The UN was silent while the Jordanians enforced an apartheid-like a policy of preventing Jews from visiting the Temple Mount and the Western Wall.
WHY?
Israel is the center of Bible Prophecy. The Lord said to Abram, “Leave your land, your relatives, and your father's home. Go to the land that I will show you. I will make you a great nation, I will bless you. I will make your name great, and you will be a blessing. I will bless those who bless you, and whoever curses you, I will curse. Through you every family on earth will be blessed.” Genesis 12:1-3.
Surely any thinking person would have to see the implications.
- God wants to bless every family on earth through the descendants of Abraham, which is Israel.
- Anyone who blesses Israel will receive God’s favor, or blessings.
- Anyone who dares touch the apple of His eye… Israel curses them and God will curse them in return.
Think about it!

I was glad when they said unto me, Let us go into the house of the LORD.
Our feet shall stand within thy gates, O Jerusalem.
Jerusalem is builded as a city that is compact together:
Whither the tribes go up, the tribes of the LORD, unto the testimony of Israel, to give thanks unto the name of the LORD.
For there are set thrones of judgment, the thrones of the house of David.
Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: they shall prosper that love thee.
Peace be within thy walls, and prosperity within thy palaces.
For my brethren and companions' sakes, I will now say, Peace be within thee.
Because of the house of the LORD our God I will seek thy good. Psalms 122:1-9.
